Symptoms
No alerts are seen when going to the CyberSense Alert tab, but an error message is received:
"Alert list failed to load. Request failed with status code 500."
Cause
CyberSense build 8.7.0-1.19 has a code issue.
Resolution
If you are reading this article before upgrading to CyberSense build 8.7.0-1.19, DO NOT UPGRADE to this particular build.
