以下資訊顯示在 Data Domain Management Center （DDMC） 2.0 版及更新版本上收集支援套裝所需的步驟。

- 使用網頁瀏覽器登入 DDMC GUI
- 按一下畫面右上角的設定齒輪圖示 （圖 1）
- 若為 DDMC 版本 2.0-7.6：
- 看到設定畫面後，前往左側選單，在系統標題下方查看，然後按一下「支援」（圖 2）
- 按一下畫面上方的「支援套裝」標籤，然後按一下「產生支援套裝」（圖 3）
- 若為 DDMC 版本 7.7 及更新版本：
- 按一下齒輪圖示後，會出現下拉式功能表中的「支援套裝」（圖 4）
- 在出現的窗格中按一下「產生 DDMC 支援套裝」（圖 5）
- 產生支援套裝後，請將其下載到您的電腦，並上傳至 Dell EMC 支援入口網站上所需的服務要求，或是支援技術人員提供的暫時 FTP 網站
