Symptoms

Attempting to install a new license file to extend or make permanent the expiration dates.

DLm: Installing a license file fails with message: Licenses file installation failed with errors: RC 3: No new valid features found in the uploaded license file.

Cause

The installation function does not recognize the date change as a different license. As a result, the function considers the date a duplicate.

Resolution

Delete the existing licenses (see the screenshot below), then install or upload the license file again.
