Symptoms

系統會產生下列警示： 

  • Event Id: EVT-STORAGE-00017
Event Message: Read errors have been detected on multiple disks in the same disk group.

Event Description:
There are too many disks reporting read errors in the same RAID group.
As each of these disks completes reconstruction it will be failed.
If the ongoing RAID reconstruction fails, there might be permanent loss of data.

  • DDOS 會為受影響的磁碟啟動複製重建。
  • 受影響的磁碟顯示為 (E) 錯誤磁碟位於 disk show state 輸出。
  • 其他相關的磁碟狀態：

Cause

DDOS 會監控磁碟 SMART 和可靠性指標。當同一磁碟群組中有多個磁碟每小時回報超過 20 次讀取錯誤時，DDOS 會標記 STORAGE-00017 並開始重建複本，以防止資料遺失。 
 

Resolution

由於此警示涉及同一磁碟群組中的多個磁碟，且可能會影響資料完整性，請 立即聯絡 Dell 技術支援部門或您簽約的支援供應商。

支援人員將會：

  • 分析事件記錄。
  • 確認讀取錯誤的原因。
