PowerVault MD24xx: How to Locate the Service Tag

Instructions
Each of the enclosures has a label which contains the service tag and the express service code for the MD24 series enclosure.

Locate Service Tag on 2U Enclosure
The 2U enclosures (MD2412 and MD2424) have their service tag and express service code located on the front of the enclosure at the bottom right on a pull-out luggage tag.

Locate Service Tag on 4U Enclosure
The 4U enclosure (MD2460) has its service tag and express service code located on the front of the enclosure at the bottom right on a label. The 4U enclosure has a bezel and the service tag is not on the bezel, it is on the enclosure behind the bezel.

Finding Service Tag in the iDRAC
The following image illustrates how to locate the service tag for an MD24 series enclosure in the iDRAC UI interface and RACADM (iDRAC CLI).
