PowerStore：新增遠端系統會導致「檔案不確定」、無法連線至遠端 NAS 系統、無法從磁帶複製到磁碟 - 0xE02010020047

Summary: 重新配置管理網路並多次添加和刪除檔移動網路 （FMN） IP 後，可能會出現 FMN 不再工作的情況。此問題會在新增遠端系統連線後，產生「檔案不正常」訊息和其他錯誤訊息。

前往 保護 > 遠端系統 > 新增 ，以查看 管理/檔案狀態 欄下方顯示的「檔案不正常」：

產生的主要警示： 
Event code: 0x01303001
Text: remote_system_communication_down Unable to reach remote NAS system. Verify that the remote system is running..."

驗證與更新：  
"Request to remote system failed with error: Error - cannot copy from tape to disk" with error 0xE02010020047.

Cause

可以設置 FMN 標誌，但在多次刪除和重新創建檔案移動網路時，可能無法正確為網路設備分配 IP 位址。

Resolution

  1. 移除遠端系統連線
  2. 移除來源和遠端 PowerStore 系統上的 FMN 網路
  3. 在每個 PowerStore 系統上重新建立 FMN 網路
  4. 重新建立遠端系統連線
