Symptoms

已嘗試從目標主機復原。

透過在位於以下位置的設定檔中設定除錯參數，在除錯中執行還原 

/opt/dpsapps/dbappagent/config
DEBUG_LEVEL=9
DPRINTF=TRUE


檢閱位於目標主機上的 DDBEA 作業記錄檔案： 

/opt/ddbda/logs

 或 

/opt/dpsapps/dbappagent/logs


DDBEA 作業記錄中回報的錯誤訊息 

lookup_index_eq: loading of 'null' failed with error: Unable to open SQL database

Cause

PowerProtect DDBEA 版本 19.8 中已回報此問題。

Resolution

問題已透過將 DDBEA 升級至 19.13 版或更新版本而解決。
