Symptoms

已尝试从目标主机恢复。

通过在位于以下位置的配置文件中设置调试参数，在调试中运行还原 

/opt/dpsapps/dbappagent/config
DEBUG_LEVEL=9
DPRINTF=TRUE


检视位于目标主机上的 DDBEA作日志文件： 

/opt/ddbda/logs

 或 

/opt/dpsapps/dbappagent/logs


DDBEA作日志中报告的错误消息 

lookup_index_eq: loading of 'null' failed with error: Unable to open SQL database

Cause

PowerProtect DDBEA 版本 19.8 中报告了问题。

Resolution

通过将 DDBEA 升级到版本 19.13 或更高版本解决了问题。
