Cause

Die Ursache ist ein BIOS-Mikrocode-Update, das zur Unterstützung von NVIDIA-Grafikkarten erforderlich ist.

Resolution

Durch das Aktualisieren auf die folgende BIOS-Version auf dem Computer wird das Problem behoben.

  • Für Dell Pro QBT1250, QBS1250, QBM1250, QCT1250, QCS1250 oder QCM1250
    • BIOS-Version 1.4.4 oder höher
  • Für Dell ECT1250 oder ECS1250
    • BIOS-Version 1.4.4 oder höher
  • Für Dell Pro Max FCM2250, FCS1250 oder FCT2250
    • BIOS-Version 1.4.1 oder höher
