Cause

Der Fehler ist auf einen Fehler bei der Schnittstellenkonvertierung zurückzuführen, wenn eine Windows-VM über RDM-Festplatten verfügt.

Resolution

 Betroffene Versionen: Dieses Problem tritt bei PowerProtect Data Manager Version 19.19-0.15 auf 

 Korrigierte Version: Upgrade Ihres PowerProtect Data Manager auf 19.20

 Problemumgehung: 

1. Stellen Sie eine SSH-Verbindung zur PowerProtect Data Manager-Appliance als Administrator
her 2. Erhöhen Sie auf die Wurzel.
3. 

cd /opt/emc/vproxy/unit
 


4. 

vi vproxy.env
 


5. Fügen Sie am Ende der Datei die Einträge hinzu.

DISABLE_FETB=true
export DISABLE_FETB
 

Speichern Sie die Änderungen.

6. Starten Sie den Service "vproxyd" mit dem Befehl neu.

systemctl restart vproxyd
