Cause

Feilen skyldes en grensesnittkonverteringspanikk når en Windows-VM har RDM-disker.

Resolution

 Berørte versjoner: Dette problemet oppstår på PowerProtect Data Manager-versjon 19.19-0.15 

 Fast versjon: Oppgrader PowerProtect Data Manager til 19.20

 Omgåelse av problemet: 

1. SSH til PowerProtect Data Manager-verktøyet som administrator
2. Løft til roten.
3. 

cd /opt/emc/vproxy/unit
 


4. 

vi vproxy.env
 


5. På slutten av filen legger du til oppføringene.

DISABLE_FETB=true
export DISABLE_FETB
 

Lagre endringene.

6. Start vproxyd-tjenesten på nytt med kommandoen.

systemctl restart vproxyd
