Volg de volgende stappen om de Secure Remote Services service uit te schakelen en opnieuw in te schakelen.

 
1. Klik op het pictogram "Systeeminstellingen bijwerken" in de rechterbovenhoek.

2. Klik op "Support Configuration"

3. Klik op Secure Remote Services

4. Klik op de knop "Change".

5. Klik op "Disabled" gevolgd door "Finish".

6. Schakel Secure Remote Services opnieuw in door op de knop "Change" te klikken.

7. Klik op "Integrated" gevolgd door de knop Next en volg de gids "Secure Remote Services Configuration Wizard" om te voltooien.

8. Het kan enige tijd duren voordat Secure Remote Services de status "Connected" weergeeft. Nadat Secure Remote Services de status "Connected" weergeeft, klikt u op de knop "Test" om te controleren of er een dial-home is gemaakt.
