Cause

Es gibt ein Problem in den neuesten System-Health-Check-Thin-Paketen für PowerStoreOS 2.1.x und 3.x, bei dem die BBU-Teilenummer zwischen den beiden Nodes falsch überprüft wird und fehlschlägt, wenn sie nicht identisch sind.

Alle Pakete zur Systemintegritätsprüfung seit PowerStore-health_check-2.1.1.1-1736451 für PowerStoreOS 2.1.X sind betroffen.
Alle Pakete zur Systemintegritätsprüfung seit PowerStore-health_check-3.0.0.0-1781415 für PowerStoreOS 3.X sind betroffen.

PowerStore unterstützt 11 verschiedene BBU-Teilenummern und die Systemintegritätsprüfung erwartet, dass die PN beider BBUs identisch ist, was möglicherweise nicht der Fall ist. Alle unten aufgeführten Teilenummern sind gültig und werden unterstützt.

Resolution

Wenn sich die BBUs in einem fehlerfreien Zustand befinden und der einzige Fehler, der durch die Ausführung der Systemintegritätsprüfung dieses Thin-Pakets erzeugt wird, "BBU Sensor Check node_x FAILED Mismatch part number detected on node X (KB#000196197)" ist, kann der Fehler ignoriert werden und das unterbrechungsfreie Upgrade kann gestartet werden.

Dies wurde in einer neuen Version der in der Entwicklung befindlichen Thin-Pakete für die Systemintegritätsprüfung behoben.
