Cause

C'è un problema nei più recenti pacchetti thin di controllo dello stato del sistema per PowerStoreOS 2.1.x e 3.x, che controlla erroneamente il numero parte BBU tra i due nodi e non riesce se non sono gli stessi.

Sono interessati tutti i pacchetti di controllo integrità del sistema a partire da PowerStore-health_check-2.1.1.1-1736451 per PowerStoreOS 2.1.X.
Sono interessati tutti i pacchetti di controllo integrità del sistema a partire da PowerStore-health_check-3.0.0.0-1781415 per PowerStoreOS 3.X.

PowerStore supporta 11 part number BBU diversi e il controllo integrità del sistema prevede che il PN di entrambe le BBU sia lo stesso, il che potrebbe non essere il caso. Uno dei seguenti numeri parte è valido e supportato.

Resolution

Se le BBU sono in uno stato integro e l'unico errore prodotto dall'esecuzione del controllo dello stato del sistema che indica che il thin pacchetto è "BBU Sensor Check node_x FAILED Mismatched part number detected on node X (KB#000196197)", l'errore può essere ignorato e l'NDU può essere avviato.

Questo problema è stato risolto in una nuova versione del controllo dello stato del sistema dei thin pacchetti in fase di sviluppo.
