Cause

PowerStoreOS 2.1.x ve 3.x için en son sistem durumu denetimi ölçülü paketlerinde, iki düğüm arasındaki BBU parça numarasının yanlış kontrol edildiği ve düğüm aynı değilse başarısız olduğu bir sorun vardır.

PowerStoreOS 2.1.X için PowerStore-health_check-2.1.1.1-1736451'den bu yana tüm Sistem Durumu Kontrolü paketleri etkilenir.
PowerStoreOS 3.X için PowerStore-health_check-3.0.0.0-1781415'ten bu yana tüm Sistem Durumu Kontrolü paketleri etkilenir.

PowerStore, 11 farklı BBU parça numarasını destekler ve sistem durum kontrolü her iki BBU'nun PN'sinin aynı olmasını bekler. Ancak durum böyle olmayabilir. Aşağıdaki parça numaralarından herhangi biri geçerlidir ve desteklenir.

Resolution

BBU'lar iyi durumdaysa ve sistem durumu denetimi çalıştırılarak üretilen tek hata bu ölçülü paket "BBU Sensor Check node_x FAILED Mismatch part number detected on node X (KB#000196197)" ise hata göz ardı edilebilir ve NDU başlatılabilir.

Bu, geliştirilmekte olan sistem durumu kontrolü ölçülü paketlerinin yeni bir sürümünde düzeltildi.
