Cause

Following an upgrade to PowerStoreOS version 4.0.0.0, in an environment where there are many NAS replication events, the last processed event ID becomes too large. In such case, an internal data structure may allocate a large amount of memory and cause the Control Path (CP) to encounter an Out of Memory (OOM) condition and restart. This CP OOM condition results in loss of PowerStore Manager (GUI) access. Furthermore, file replication sessions remain in a System Paused state until the issue is resolved.

Note: This issue only impacts Unified systems with File replication.
