PowerStore: 드라이브가 잠겨 있는지 감지하는 업그레이드별 상태 점검

Summary: 이 PUHC(Pre-Upgrade Health Check)는 한 노드에서 정상적으로 작동하지만 피어 노드에서 잠긴 드라이브를 감지합니다. 이러한 드라이브가 감지되면 검사 off_release_locked_drive_check 실패하고 업그레이드를 계속할 수 없습니다.

Symptoms

PowerStore PUHC(Pre-Upgrade Health Check)가 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다. "잠긴 드라이브 0_0_4,0_0_3이 탐지되었습니다. KB#000294377입니다. 서비스 공급업체에 문의하십시오. (off_release_locked_drive_check)"

PUHC를 실행할 때 감지될 수 있으며 PowerStore Manager에서 다음과 같이 표시됩니다.

 

 

 

Cause

PowerStoreOS 4.0 이전 버전에서는 드라이브 펌웨어 업그레이드 문제로 인해 드라이브가 잠금 상태가 될 수 있습니다.  잠긴 상태의 드라이브가 있는 시스템에서 NDU(Non-Disruptive Upgrade)를 시작하면 NDU가 실패합니다.
