Symptoms

Dopo il deployment di ViPR SRM, il sistema di gestione centralizzata non è riuscito a connettersi a nessuno degli host, incluso localhost.
Il seguente messaggio di errore può essere visualizzato nei registri catalina di Tomcat:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: hostname can't be null

 

Cause

Ciò è causato dall'utilizzo di un carattere di sottolineatura "_" nel nome host.

 

Resolution

Dell Technologies Engineering sta esaminando una correzione in una versione futura, nel frattempo mentre non utilizzare il carattere di sottolineatura "_" nel nome host.
