Symptoms

Durante l'installazione di un Avamar Accelerator Node, il flusso di lavoro ha esito negativo.

Il workflow.log mostra il seguente errore:

Cause

Un DNS (Domain Name System) non è raggiungibile sull'accelerator node, causando l'esito negativo della query del flusso di lavoro del FQDN Avamar.

Resolution

È possibile eseguire il seguente comando sull'accelerator node per confermare il problema:

ping -c 1 <Avamar FQDN>
 

Una volta confermato, risolvi il problema del server DNS.

Se il problema DNS non può essere risolto a causa dell'ambiente del cliente, utilizzare l'indirizzo IP per l'Avamar Server.
