Symptoms

Avamar Accelerator 노드를 설치하는 동안 워크플로가 실패합니다.

workflow.log에 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

Cause

Accelerator 노드에서 DNS(Domain Name System)에 연결할 수 없어 Avamar FQDN의 워크플로 쿼리가 실패합니다.

Resolution

Accelerator 노드에서 다음 명령을 실행하여 문제를 확인할 수 있습니다.

ping -c 1 <Avamar FQDN>
 

확인되면 DNS 서버 문제를 해결합니다.

고객 환경으로 인해 DNS 문제를 해결할 수 없는 경우 Avamar Server의 IP 주소를 사용하십시오.
