在 Avamar 加速器節點安裝期間，工作流程失敗。

workflow.log顯示以下錯誤：

Cause

加速器節點上的網域名稱系統 （DNS） 無法連線，導致 Avamar FQDN 的工作流程查詢失敗。

Resolution

您可以在加速器節點上執行下列命令來確認問題：

ping -c 1 <Avamar FQDN>
 

確認後，請修正 DNS 伺服器問題。

如果 DNS 問題因客戶的環境而無法修正，請使用 Avamar 伺服器的 IP 位址。
