Symptoms

在 Avamar 加速器节点安装期间，工作流失败。

workflow.log显示以下错误：

Cause

无法在加速器节点上访问域名系统 （DNS），从而导致 Avamar FQDN 的工作流查询失败。

Resolution

可以在加速器节点上运行以下命令以确认问题：

ping -c 1 <Avamar FQDN>
 

确认后，修复 DNS 服务器问题。

如果 DNS 问题因客户环境而无法修复，请使用 Avamar Server 的 IP 地址。
