Cause

The atioglxx.dll module is the ATI OpenGL driver.

This indicates that an error has occurred due to incompatibility between the video card drivers.

Jave crashes due to a compatibility issue with the video card driver currently installed on the system.

It will also apply to other GPU vendors's production.

Resolution

1.  If  customers do not need to use the GPU feature, remove the atioglxx.dll
(A reboot may be required).

2. Update the video card driver installed on the computer.
