Symptoms
It is expected that in the future releases of PowerPath, the above messages will be handled in a user-friendly manner (Changing the message level from Error to Warning in the application event logs).
After successfully upgrading the server from 6.0 to 6.1, the below information events show up in the application logs :

and then we got these errors streaming only while the PowerPath Administrator GUI was OPEN

We further upgraded to 6.2, 6.2 P01 But the errors did not disappear.
We Uninstalled the said version by using the command :
<PowerPath Installer> /r
and Performed a fresh Install of PowerPath 6.1 ( Due to support matrix for Appsync 3.5 was not compatible with 6.2 )
But after mounting Appsync, It shows the same routine as pasted above.

Cause
These messages will be seen from PowerPath 6.1 onwards because this error handling and corresponding logging was introduced as a part few changes then went in PowerPath 6.1.
Resolution
Resolution :
We can ignore these messages. These events will not cause any disruption to the disks or paths to the disks.
This issue is fixed in PowerPath for Windows v6.3. The same is documented in PowerPath for Windows 6.3 release notes.
