DLm command processor job gets S047 abend

Symptoms

$HASP395 ENDED - ABEND=S047

The DLMCMD or other DLm program execution fails with abend S047.

Cause

The command processors program library is not authorized via the authorized program facility (APF).

Resolution

APF authorize load library for the Command Processors From the z/OS Console: SETPROG APF{,FORMAT={DYNAMIC|STATIC}} {,{ADD|DELETE},{DSNAME|LIBRARY}=libname,{SMS|VOLUME=volume} }

Ensure the Command processor JCL is not concatenating more than one library on the JOBLIB or STEPLIB DD.
