Symptoms
$HASP395 ENDED - ABEND=S047
DLMCMD 或其他 DLm 程式執行失敗，傳回中止 S047。

Cause
命令處理器程式庫未透過授權程式機能 (APF) 獲得授權。
Resolution
APF 會從 z/OS 主控台為命令處理器授權載入儲存庫：SETPROG APF{,FORMAT={DYNAMIC|STATIC}} {,{ADD|DELETE},{DSNAME|LIBRARY}=libname,{SMS|VOLUME=volume} }
確定命令處理器 JCL 並未在 JOBLIB 或 STEPLIB DD 上串連至超過一個程式庫。
