Cause
命令处理器程序库未获得授权程序设施 (APF) 授权。
Resolution
从 z/OS 控制台为命令处理器的负载库进行 APF 授权：SETPROG APF{,FORMAT={DYNAMIC|STATIC}} {,{ADD|DELETE},{DSNAME|LIBRARY}=libname,{SMS|VOLUME=volume} }
确保命令处理器 JCL 未在 JOBLIB 或 STEPLIB DD 上串联多个库。
