Symptoms

DPAでLDAPユーザー認証をテストすると、次のエラーでテストが失敗します。
LDAPサーバーでユーザーを認証できません。

server.logファイルでは、次の警告が見つかりました:
2021-09-27 10:53:00,395 DEBUG [com.emc.apollo.command.ldapconfig.LDAPAuthenticationStrategy](Thread-60176) searchFilter is (sAMAccountName = testuser)。 ベースDN DC = dpa、DC = com
2021-09-27 10:53:00,410 WARN [com.emc.apollo.command.ldapconfig.LDAPAuthenticationStrategy](Thread-60176)ユーザー認証のテスト中にエラーが発生しました。: javax.naming.directory.InvalidSearchFilterException:無効な属性形容;残りの名前 'DC=dpa,DC=com'

Cause

警告メッセージで強調表示されているテキストは、DPAインターフェイスの[Manage External Authentication]ページで、sAMAccountNameパラメーターの末尾に空白文字が入力されたことを示しています。

Resolution

  1. DPA UIで、[ User & Security>External Authentication ]ページを開きます。
  2. [ Identification Attribute ] フィールドを確認します。
  3. sAMAccountNameの末尾にスペースが入力されていないことを確認します。
