ホストをカーネル4.18.0-305.el8.x86_64を実行しているRHEL 8.4にアップグレードするとホストの起動が停止しました。
Cause
RHEL 8.4はPP 7.3 for Linuxではサポートされていません。
Resolution
この問題は、PP7.3 SP1 for Linux以降で解決済みです。
