Symptoms

조건

  • 이 알림은 SupportAssist가 SCG(Secure Connect Gateway)를 사용하여 구성된 경우에 표시됩니다.
  • 이 알림 또는 경고는 다음과 같은 경우에 표시될 수 있습니다.
    • SupportAssist를 처음 구성하는 경우, 또는
    • PowerStoreOS 업그레이드 후(SupportAssist가 이미 구성되어 실행 중인 경우)

Description: 어플라이언스 A1에 대한 SupportAssist 서비스 데이터 업데이트 시도가 원격 지원 메타데이터 업데이트 실패 오류와 함께 실패했습니다. 문제가 계속되면 서비스 공급업체에 문의하십시오. 기본 게이트웨이에서 업데이트할 수 없는 데이터 항목 및 해당 게이트웨이 HTTP 오류 코드 표시: ApplianceType(500), MasterSerialNumber(500), 다음 ID의 어플라이언스: A1.

Cause

SupportAssist가 활성화되면 PowerStore는 SupportAssist 백엔드로 데이터 항목을 전송하려고 시도합니다. 이 작업이 실패하면 알림이 발생합니다.

Resolution

이 문제는 SupportAssist 백엔드에서 해결됩니다.

SupportAssist를 비활성화하고 다시 활성화하면 알림이 더 이상 표시되지 않습니다. 경고가 있으면 PowerStore Manager 사용자 인터페이스에서 확인할 수도 있습니다.
