Instructions
After the expiry of a Cloud Snapshot Manager license, there is a 30-day grace period automatically added to the Cloud Snapshot Manager tenant account. For the 30-day grace period, all operations continue as usual. However, there is a banner displayed on the top of the user interface to inform customers of the license expiry. If a new license is not added to Cloud Snapshot Manager within the 30-day grace period, the account status is changed to an inactive state.
In an inactive state, there is a banner displayed in the user interface, configuration changes cannot be made and all scheduled activities are stopped. The following is an example of the banner displayed within Cloud Snapshot Manager UI:

In this state restores are still allowed. The inactive state is valid for 60 days from the time when the license period expires (not including the grace period).
After the end of 60 days, the tenant account enters a suspended state where log in to Cloud Snapshot Manager UI is not allowed.
