Symptoms

Não é possível iniciar todos os serviços do PowerProtect Data Manager.

No var/log/brs/"service"/"service".out como /usr/local/brs/adm/adm.out Como exemplo:

Cause

Os arquivos /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml estavam todos vazios e, portanto, o serviço não pôde ser inicializado.

Resolution

Em outro PowerProtect Data Manager, obtenha o arquivo equivalente para /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml ou para o serviço que está inativo, e copie-o e cole-o para o local onde o logback.xml O arquivo está vazio.
