Symptoms

Tüm PowerProtect Data Manager hizmetleri başlatılamaz.

İçinde var/log/brs/"service"/"service".out gibi /usr/local/brs/adm/adm.out Örnek olarak:

Cause

Dosyalar /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml hepsi boştu ve bu nedenle hizmet başlatılamadı.

Resolution

Başka bir PowerProtect Data Manager'dan şuna eşdeğer dosyayı edinin: /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml veya kapalı olan hizmet için kopyalayıp şu konuma yapıştırın: logback.xml dosya boş.

Başka bir PowerProtect Data Manager ana bilgisayarı yoksa Dell Destek ekibiyle iletişime geçin.
