PowerEdge：Intel NIC 和 SONiC 介面抖動問題

Symptoms
在伺服器重新啟動或 OIR 測試期間，介面會發生抖動，從而導致操作中斷。即使在將 Intel X550 NIC 更換為 Intel X710 後，問題仍然存在。

Cause
PKR0R 傳發器需求：PKR0R 收發器需要 2 W 的功率才能有效運作。
Intel X710 NIC 提供高達 1.5 W 的功率，這不足以供 PKR0R 收發器使用，導致介面抖動問題。
Resolution
將 Intel X710 NIC 更換為 Intel E810 NIC 後，成功消除了介面抖動的狀況，成功解決了此問題。
因應措施：
在伺服器重新開機或更換纜線後，關閉然後再重新啟用交換器端的介面。
使用替代 NIC，例如 Broadcom BCM57416，在實驗室測試期間也沒有顯示擺動問題。
OCP 卡：OCP 卡不會受到此抖動問題的影響，因為它們使用不同的架構，不容易受到與 Intel X710 NIC 和 PKR0R 收發器相同的相容性問題的影響。
