Symptoms

Se o cliente tentar realizar a atualização do firmware do endpoint do NativeEdge PowerEdge usando o pacote v3.2.0.0 antes da atualização do NativeEdgeOS para a versão 3.2.0.0, a atualização do firmware apresentará falha devido a dois sintomas abaixo.

  1. Falha na atualização do IDM.

Resolution

Esse problema foi corrigido no NativeEdgeOS v3.2.0.0. O cliente precisa executar primeiro a atualização do NativeEdgeOS para o NativeEdgeOS v3.2.0.0 e, em seguida, atualizar o firmware do NativeEdge v3.2.0.0.
