Dell NativeEdge: Помилка оновлення до прошивки PowerEdge Endpoint версії 3.2.0.0

Якщо клієнт намагається виконати оновлення прошивки кінцевої точки NativeEdge PowerEdge за допомогою пакета v3.2.0.0 перед виконанням оновлення NativeEdgeOS до 3.2.0.0, оновлення прошивки не вдається через 2 симптоми, наведені нижче.

1. Збій оновлення IDM. 

Знайти слід можна в ece-agent.log.

2. Штампування прошивки не спрацьовуватиме, і клієнти не зможуть побачити версію прошивки v3.2.0.0 після оновлення прошивки

Дефект у коді

Цю проблему вирішено в NativeEdgeOS v3.2.0.0. Клієнт повинен спочатку оновити NativeEdgeOS до NativeEdgeOS v3.2.0.0, а потім оновити прошивку NativeEdge v3.2.0.0.
