Symptoms
Il problema si è verificato su Unity codice 4.4.0.1536311042 e Windows Server 2016.

Il cliente ha configurato CAVA, ma ha ricevuto il seguente errore intermittente che il server CAVA è andato offline ed è tornato online in pochi secondi.

KB#462457 è stato aggiornato, ma non è stato rilevato uno sfasamento temporale tra il server CAVA/Unity/il server del controller di dominio Windows.

Le tracce di rete mostrano che il server CAVA ha inviato FSCTL_VALIDATE_NEGOTIATE_INFO richiesta Ioctl, ma Unity non ha risposto e ha disconnesso la connessione TCP.

Questo problema potrebbe influire sulla copia dei dati CIFS come l'utilizzo di emcopy per tentare di eseguire la migrazione dei dati da VNX a Unity.

Cause
Questo è un problema, poiché Unity deve convalidare le informazioni con la connessione iniziale e non con la connessione associata. E causa problemi con i clienti.
Resolution
Questo è il problema solo con la versione SMB 3.0.2 anche se passano a 3.1 o 2.1 funziona. E anche nella versione 3.0.2 hanno una soluzione alternativa.
Soluzione alternativa: Layout multicanale su Windows Server o server CAVA
