NetWorker: l'installazione del plugin vCenter ha esito negativo con errore "Unable to install the plug-in as an error occurred while retrieving the token/session ID"

L'integrazione NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) è configurata con l'appliance vProxy. NetWorker Management Web User Interface (NWUI) viene utilizzata per installare il plug-in vCenter Server. Il plug-in vCenter Server ha esito negativo con:

Registration of vCenter [ ] failed. See log for further details.
Unable to install the plug-in as an error occured while retrieving the token/session ID
See vcui.log file in the NetWorker tomcat logs folder for further details.

La restapi.log del server NetWorker mostra:

Linux: /nsr/logs/restapi/restapi.log
Windows: [INSTALL_DRIVE]:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\restapi\restapi.log

È stato emesso un token di autenticazione per l'account utente NetWorker utilizzando il metodo nsrlogin . Questi token sono basati sul tempo. L'errore viene visualizzato dopo la scadenza del token.

Ristabilire l'affidabilità di autenticazione di NetWorker e generare un nuovo token di sicurezza utente. 

1. Eseguire nsrauthtrust dal server NetWorker e fornire il server di autenticazione: nsrauthtrust -H my_authentication_server -P 9090
2. Utilizzare una delle seguenti opzioni:

• Cancellare il token scaduto: nsrlogout
• Generare un nuovo token di sicurezza per l'utente NetWorker: nsrlogin -u myuser 

3. Tentare nuovamente l'installazione del plug-in vSphere da NWUI.

• NetWorker: i comandi nsr hanno esito negativo quando vengono registrati come root o come prompt dei comandi dell'amministratore.
