Symptoms
When deploying the SourceOne Centralized Upgrade Management Agent to some servers, the deployment may fail with the Error Code: 6
Manually installing the agent on the local machine is successful.
Cause
A software defect causes this issue.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in patches or Service Pack versions of SourceOne Email Management later than version 7.2.5.5088. SourceOne Patch and Service Pack kits are available for download on Dell Support.
