Desc: A device in the chassis requires a fan type that does not match the configuration of the fan identified in the message. Some devices may experience varied performance and possible thermal errors depending on the configuration, workload, and environment. Action: Replace the fan with a Gen2 fan during the next scheduled service. Dell recommends as soon as possible for optimal performance.
