Cause
這是在 ESXI 版本 8 中引進的 VMware 回歸問題。0 U1。在此版本中，ESXi 導入原生 NVMe 堆疊 （又稱為 E2E NVMe 堆疊）。在舊版 ESXI 中重試的特定錯誤代碼已不再套用重試。因此，終端應用程式可能會遇到 I/O 故障。
Resolution
將 ESXI 升級到版本 8.0 U1c 或更新版本。
