Symptoms

"Unsupported or unrecognized SSL message."라는 메시지와 함께 파일 시스템 백업이 실패합니다.

Cause

이 문제는 Windows 컴퓨터에서 PowerProtect Data Manager 인증서를 무효화하는 변경 사항이 있는 경우 발생할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

Windows 시스템:
  1. 관리자 권한으로 unregister.bat를 실행합니다.
  2. C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl을 C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl.old로 변경합니다.
  3. C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db를 C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db.old로 변경합니다.
  4. 관리자 권한으로 register.bat를 실행합니다.
  5. PowerProtect Data Manager 측에서 등록을 승인합니다. 
  6. 이제 백업이 작동하는지 확인합니다.
