Cause

如果在 Windows 计算机上有使 PowerProtect Data Manager 证书失效的更改，则可能会发生此问题。

Resolution

在 Windows 计算机上：
  1. 以管理员身份运行 unregister.bat
  2. 将 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl 重命名为 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl.old
  3. 将 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db 重命名为 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db.old
  4. 以管理员身份运行 register.bat
  5. 在 PowerProtect Data Manager 端批准注册。 
  6. 检查备份现在是否正常工作。
