Cause

Ongelma voi ilmetä, jos Windows-tietokoneen PowerProtect Data Manager -varmenne on virheellinen.

Resolution

Windows-tietokoneessa:
  1. Suorita järjestelmänvalvojana komento unregister.bat
  2. Vaihda C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl-nimeksi C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl.old
  3. Nimeä C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db-tiedoston nimeksi C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db.old
  4. Suorita register.bat järjestelmänvalvojana
  5. Hyväksy rekisteröinti PowerProtect Data Manager -puolella. 
  6. Varmista, että varmuuskopiot toimivat.
