Symptoms
보호 정책 편집 결과 오류 503: vxrailvcenter 검색이 시작되지 않았거나 아직 진행 중입니다. 검색을 시작하거나 현재 검색이 완료되기를 기다리십시오.
Cause
문제는 버전 19.12에서 PPDM UI에서 허용되었지만 이전 릴리스에서는 허용되지 않은 vCenter 이름 변경 또는 FQDN 변경과 관련이 있을 수 있습니다.
Resolution
Elastic 데이터베이스의 index_management_interface 다른 vCenter 인스턴스 UUID가 있습니다. 이 문제를 해결하려면 index_management_interface 대해 잘못된 UUID가 삭제되었습니다. 그런 다음 vCenter가 제거되어 PPDM에 다시 추가되고 새 검색이 실행되어 성공적으로 완료되었습니다.
