IDPA: How to register DPA to SCG gateway.

Instructions

Log in to the Application server as root.
Using below command find the DPA already registered with the Secure Connect Gateway (SCG).

dpa.sh app support

dpa.sh app support 

Use below command to register with the gateway.

dpa.sh app support --register SCG_IP

First Prompt for DPA authorized user and password. The default user is administrator and IDPA common password.
Then enter SCG registration details.
For Dell employee User ID and RSA Passcode credentials
If you are the end user (customer), use your Dell Support web login credentials.

User below command to deregister with the gateway.

dpa.sh app support --deregister SCG_IP


If registration is not working as expected, you may use below command to obtain debug logs.

dpa.sh app support --register SCG_IP --debug
