While using your computer, the volume may intermittently increase to 100 percent. This issue does not happen when the DDPM is deactivated or uninstalled.

- DDPM version 2.1.0.23
Cause
An issue has been identified in the audio implementation of DDPM.
Resolution
Dell Display and Peripheral Manager Version 2.1.0.24
Dell has added a solution in DDPM version 2.1.0.24, ensure that your DDPM application is updated to the latest version.
How to update DDPM:
- Launch the DDPM application.
- In the upper right corner, select the Gear Icon

- Go to the Updates section and the update for the DDPM or any other devices would be listed there.

How to check your DDPM version:
- Launch the DDPM application.
- In the upper right corner, select the Gear Icon

- Go to the About section to check the current version of DDPM.
