Announcement（公告）
Dell BSAFE 产品团队宣布 Dell BSAFE Crypto-J 7.1 正式上市。
Crypto-J 7.1 版本包括但不限于以下更改：
- 支持抗量子/后量子密码 （PQC） 算法：
- FIPS 204 中定义的基于模块格的数字签名算法 （ML-DSA）。
- HSS/LMS 签名验证，如 RFC 8554 第 6.3 节中所述。
- 支持 RFC 8032 中定义的 Edwards-Curve 数字签名算法 （EdDSA）。
- 更新以提高产品稳定性和安全性。
