Denne KB indeholder nogle kontroller, der skal udføres fra supportmedarbejderen på Cloud IQ SR er for at sikre, at den er konfigureret korrekt og sender dataene korrekt til Dell Technologies:

 

  • Sørg for, at cloud iq er aktiveret fra både CLI og UI
    Fra CLI: Brug kommandoen til at kontrollere, at cloudadministration er aktiveret eller ej

From GUI: Please make sure that the check box of send data to CloudIQ is checked as below : 
 

    Centraliseret administration

  • Sørg for, at ESRS er konfigureret korrekt, og at statussen Grøn forbindelse vises

  • Sørge for, at Dell Technologies-systemer alle er i kundens installationsbase IB.

  • Sørg for, at kundens cloud IQ-konto er den samme som den, der er legitimationsoplysninger til support på Dell Technologies-siden.
