Denne kunnskapsartikkelen inneholder noen kontroller som må utføres av støtteagenten på Cloud IQ SR-er for å sikre at den er riktig konfigurert og for at dataene sendes på riktig måte til Dell Technologies:

 

  • Kontroller at Cloud IQ er aktivert fra både CLI og UI
    Fra CLI: Bruk kommandoen for å sjekke at skyadministrasjon er aktivert eller ikke

From GUI: Please make sure that the check box of send data to CloudIQ is checked as below : 
 

    Sentralisert administrasjon

  • Kontroller at ESRS er riktig konfigurert, og at den gitte grønne tilkoblingsstatusen vises

  • Sørge for at alle Dell Technologies-arrayene er i kundens installasjonsbase IB.

  • Sørge for at kontoen for kundens Cloud IQ er den samme som kundestøttelegitimasjonen på Dell Technologies-siden.
